Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy
Effective date: 2 November 2026
This policy is for people in Washington and Nevada, under Washington’s My Health My Data Act and Nevada’s consumer health data law. It covers the health data that Twosday App Ltd (“we”) collects in Twosday, our relationship app. Our Privacy Policy covers the rest of your data.
The health data we collect, and how we use it
Health data is anything that says something about your physical or mental health. In Twosday, that can be:
- What you tell Twosday — what you write or say about your health in captures, voice memos, private chats and conversations with your partner, such as your mood, stress or anxiety, an illness, medication, a pregnancy or your sexual health. It includes your answers when you join, such as a baby on the way.
- What Twosday writes from it — the summaries, notes and threads Twosday’s AI writes from what you share, and the feeling it picks for a capture.
- What you send us — a report, or an email to us, that mentions your health.
We use it only to provide Twosday to you: so Twosday can reply, remember and guide your conversations; to keep Memory, the archive you share with your partner; to review reports and keep Twosday safe; and to answer you. If you say yes to Model improvement in Settings, what you write is also used to train and research Twosday’s AI, with your name and the details that identify you taken out.
It’s kept on our servers in the United States, and our providers process it for us, as listed below.
Where it comes from
- From you, when you use Twosday or write to us.
- From Twosday’s AI, which writes it from what you share.
- From other people: your partner, when they write about you in Twosday, and anyone who reports something to us.
What we share, and who receives it
- Your partner — what you choose to share with them: captures you save to Memory, your answers in conversations together, the summaries of conversations you record or have together, and notes you keep for both of you, which reach their Twosday without your name. After a breakup, what you made together stays in both of your archives.
- Our providers, which process it only on our instructions:
- Anthropic (Claude), the AI that reads what you share to reply, summarize and remember: privacy@anthropic.com.
- Deepgram, which turns what you say into text, and reads Twosday’s lines aloud: security@deepgram.com.
- Railway, which hosts our server and database: privacy@railway.com.
- Cloudflare, which stores your photos and voice memos, and our backups: privacyquestions@cloudflare.com.
- Resend, which sends our emails, including about a report: support@resend.com.
- Google Workspace, our email, for anything you write to us: Google’s privacy form.
- Courts, the police or regulators, only when the law requires it.
Apple, PostHog and Sentry, which handle sign-in, notifications, usage analytics and error reports, don’t receive your health data. No one else can collect your health data through Twosday, over time or across other websites or apps.
Your rights, and how to use them
- Know and get a copy — ask whether we collect or share your health data, for a copy of it, and for the list of everyone we’ve shared it with and how to reach them.
- Delete it — delete your account in Settings, or ask us. We delete your health data from Twosday, and tell the providers above that hold any of it to delete theirs. Copies in our backups are gone within five weeks. What you made together with a partner stays in their archive until they delete it, as our Privacy Policy explains.
- Withdraw your consent — to Twosday using what you share, by deleting your account; to Model improvement, by turning it off in Settings.
- Correct it — change your profile and answers in the app, delete a capture, or ask us to correct anything else.
How to ask: email support@twosday.app from the address on your account. If you sign in with Apple, write to us in the app: Settings, then Report a concern. We may ask you to confirm it’s you. It’s free, twice a year. We answer within 45 days. If we need longer, we tell you why within those 45 days, and answer within 45 more.
If we say no, you can appeal: reply to our answer, or email support@twosday.app with “Appeal” in the subject. Within 45 days we tell you in writing what we decided, and why. If we still say no, you can complain to your state’s Attorney General: Washington’s or Nevada’s.
Changes to this policy
We post any change here, with a new effective date. Before we use your health data in a new way, we ask you.
